Since our start in 2002, Custom Dynamics® offers a Lifetime LED Warranty. The warranty covers LED failure. This means you see individual lights out in your product. Now, the lifetime warranty also applies to electrical modules. This includes the popular Magic Strobes™ Brake Light Flasher, Signal Stabilizer™ and SMART Triple Play® run, brake, turn module. All product components are of the highest quality and automotive grade. Like any electrical component there is a rare chance of failure. You will not find a better warranty in the industry!
If you happen to experience this, Custom Dynamics® warranty process is easy. We can verify LED failure through photos of your product. Sending in photographs typically prevents customers from having to ship any product back and forth for evaluation. This allows our team to process these types of replacements quickly. I had bought one of your strobe and turn signals to brake lights for my 2019 FLHT and it worked great. I just bought a 2022 RG and it doesn’t work at all. I moved over the LEDs I had also. The only thing different is that the RG doesn’t have the finder light that the old bike had. That was your LED light also and I keep it. I had picked up your saddle bag lights also but never installed them on the 2019. I did install them on the 2022RG before adding the strobe module. Thanks for any help on getting my strobing break lights back.
We do offer a version of our Magic Strobes that will work on both those models.
